Epson WorkForce, WorkForce Pro, and Supertank printers come with a standard 2-year limited warranty. (Note: The Epson WorkForce Enterprise and Epson WorkForce Pro HC series printers are covered by a separate warranty and customized to best meet your needs.)

This 2-year limited warranty has coverage that changes based on the year of coverage:

• Year 1: — Epson Preferred Plus Premium, which features a rapid printer replacement for the first year to minimize downtime. Your replacement printer, which is either a comparable or new model, will arrive the next business day. After receiving your replacement printer, ship the original printer back to Epson using the new printer box. Epson covers shipping both ways. The Premium warranty provides the ultimate in peace of mind.
• Year 2: — Epson Preferred Plus Standard, which requires you to return the printer to the Epson service depot for repairs. Epson covers ground shipping both ways. Upon receipt of the printer, Epson will repair it and ship it back to you.

Thus, during the first year of use, your printer is covered by the Premium warranty. Should you have any warranty issues during the Premium warranty’s term, Epson will promptly replace the printer. Once the Premium warranty expires, the printer will be covered for one more year under the Standard depot warranty.
