RCC Series Reel-to-Reel Counters

Our RCC series Reel-to-Reel Counters provide the optimum off-line solution for verifying the number of labels on a roll, breaking down large rolls into smaller counts, changing wind direction, and re-tensioning loose rolls. Use the preset stop feature to hit target quantities automatically. Enable SYNC mode for optimal speed and tension control throughout the wind and counting process, or switch to manual for full operator control. Both motors are designed to rotate in opposite directions and can be stalled for maximum tension control without harm to the unit.
