The Epson CW-C6500A and CW-C6500P can print die cut labels up to 8" wide and can hold label rolls with a 3" core and up to 6-inch roll diameter (OD). If you need to use larger label rolls. like 8" OD, then you can purchase our external label unwinder and place it behind the Epson CW-C6500 label printer and then purchase our larger 8" OD rolls that are made for the Epson TM-C7500.

Continuous vs. Die-Cut C6500 Labels

One of the distinctions between the C6500A (autocutter) and the C6500P (peeler) is the C6500A includes a built-in cutter while the C6500P does not. Thus, the C6500A is often used with continuous label rolls that can be cut to size at the time of printing. Printers without a cutter should use pre-die-cut labels or use continuous labels with an external cutter or label finishing system.

Our die-cut C6500 labels are available with or without the matrix intact, depending on your needs and preferences. Some die-cut C6500 label rolls come with perforations for easy removal while others do not.

Compatible C6500 Labels

In addition to our C6500 labels, our C7500 and LX2000 labels are engineered for the same inks and technologies. As such, many of our C7500, LX900, and LX2000 labels are also compatible with Epson's CW-C6500A and CW-C6500P color label printers, depending on roll size. This gives you more options for finding the perfect C6500 labels for your needs.

Epson CW-C6500A and CW-C6500P color printers can print die-cut labels up to 8" wide and hold label rolls with a 3" core with up to a 6-inch roll diameter (OD). Since some companies prefer using larger 8" label rolls, we sell an external label unwinder that can be placed behind the Epson CW-C6500 label printer and used with our 8" OD label rolls made for the Epson TM-C7500.
