Epson is one of the best label printer manufacturers on the market, and they have a wide variety of inkjet-based color label printers to meet your needs including the Epson TM-C3500, Epson TM-C7500, Epson GP-C831, Epson ColorWorks C6000 and C6500. These printers have different label widths, inks, and specifications, making it important to select blank inkjet labels that are compatible with your specific Epson ColorWorks label printer.

Epson TM-C3500 Labels

The Epson TM-C3500 label printer handles label widths between 1.2" and 4.4" and uses pigment-based inks. It accepts both fan-fold and label rolls from the rear. Our TM-C3500 labels are engineered for Epson MicroPiezo technology and pigment inks. They're available in continuous and pre-diecut configurations in a variety of shapes and standard sizes.

We have Epson labels and tags (no adhesive) made from paper, polypropylene, and satin polypropylene materials as well as inkjet printable wristbands. Both glossy and matte labels and tags are available. We also have NFC and RFID TM-C3500 tags for printers equipped with NFC/RFID encoders.

The Epson TM-C3500 can hold small label rolls in the front of the printer. The maximum size roll that the TM-C3500 can hold is 4” OD.

Epson TM-C7500 Labels / C6000 Labels

The Epson TM-C7500 is a 4-inch label printer that comes in both a matte and a gloss version. Similarly, the Epson ColorWorks C6000 is also a 4-inch color label printer available in both matte and glossy inks. These models use the same labels.

However, it's important to know which version you have so you select the appropriate labels for it. The Epson TM-C7500 (matte) version and CW-C6000 with matte inks will use matte paper, matte polypropylene, and our GHS BS5609 chemical labels while the Epson TM-C7500G (gloss) and CW-C6000 with gloss inks will use our high gloss paper, glossy polyester, and glossy polypropylene C7500 labels.

Our TM-C7500 and C6000 labels come on rolls with a 3-inch core, with up to 4-inch width, and maximum outside diameter of 8 inches. Both continuous and pre-diecut labels are available.

Epson GP-C831 Labels

The 8.5-inch Epson GP-C831 color label printer, which has been discontinued, uses an 8-pin tractor feed system. It typically takes fan-folded labels and tags up to 8.5 inches wide and is a GHS label printer that uses pigment-based inks.

Our GP-C831 labels are engineered for this label printer and are readily available even though this printer has been discontinued. We have just about every type of GP-C831 label you might need including matte paper labels, high gloss paper, GHS BS5609 chemical labels, die-cut labels in a variety of widths and shapes.

All of our Epson GP-C831 labels are fan folded in a carton ranging from 600 to 1000 labels depending on the size of the label.

Epson CW-C6500 Labels

The 8-inch Epson ColorWorks C6500 color label printer with matte inks replaces the Epson GP-C831 color label printer. It is also available with gloss inks. Like the TM-C7500 and CW-C6000, it's important to select C6500 labels engineered for the inks you are using such as matte paper, matte polypropylene, and GHS BS5609 chemical labels for CW-C6500 printers using matte inks and high gloss paper, glossy polypropylene, clear polyester, and holographic labels for CW-C6500 printers using gloss inks.

We have both continuous and pre-diecut CW-C6500 label rolls. The Epson CW-C6500 printer uses labels on 3” cores and maximum of 6” roll OD as well as fan folded labels fed from the back of the printer.

Epson Surepress Labels

The Epson Surepress is a digital label press that uses large rolls of continuous media. We have large continuous label rolls for the Epson Surepress measuring up to 13 inches wide by 5,000 feet with an outside diameter of up to 24 inches.
