Custom Color Branded Pre-Printed 2.9" x 7" Tire Labels - Thermal Transfer Printable - 830/Roll - 3in Core / 8in OD
Make every tire in your showroom a branded marketing opportunity with custom color branded pre-printed tire labels. Your logo, brand colors, and design are printed in full color across the label, and the thermal transfer printable surface lets you overprint tire-specific information - size, SKU, price, DOT codes, or product details - directly on the label using your existing thermal transfer printer. The result is a professional, retail-ready tire label that combines premium branding with the flexibility of on-demand variable data printing.
Built for Tire Retail and Showroom Applications
These 2.9" x 7" tire labels are made from aluminized polypropylene film with an extra aggressive tire adhesive, engineered to bond securely to rubber tire surfaces where standard label adhesives fail. Whether you are labeling passenger tires, light truck tires, or specialty tires for retail display, these labels stay put through handling, stacking, and showroom conditions.
The resin ribbon is required for thermal transfer overprinting, delivering durable, smudge-proof, and scratch-resistant variable data that remains legible throughout the retail lifecycle.

How It Works
DuraFast Label Company prints your custom full-color branding on the label roll using our commercial printing process. Once you receive your rolls, simply load them into your thermal transfer printer and add tire-specific information on demand - such as tire size, brand line, SKU, pricing, and product details. This two-step approach gives you the visual impact of professionally branded packaging with the operational flexibility of printing variable data in-house, exactly when you need it.
