Pigment Print Head for the Afinia L501
The pigment print head for the Afinia L501 Pigment Inkjet colour label printer must be used with Afinia L501 PIGMENT inks. It cannot be used with the dye inks. Together, the L501 pigment print head and the cyan, magenta, yellow, and black pigment inks are used for printing durable and water proof labels such as GHS BS5609 chemical labels and labels for items expected to encounter moisture.
When you want to switch to dye inks, the entire Afinia L501 pigment print head and ink cartridges can be removed and replaced with the dye print head and dye ink cartridges.
