Seiko Instruments warrants that the product is manufactured from new or like-new components meeting their quality standards. This limited warranty begins from the date of original purchase by the first end-user.
How Warranty Service is Provided in Canada
For warranty service, customers must contact Seiko Instruments at printersupport@seikoinstruments.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA). The printer must be securely packaged in its original container with proof of purchase and shipped to the service center in Montreal, Quebec at the customer's expense. Seiko will return the repaired or replaced unit via ground service at their expense, with typical turnaround of 3 business days plus shipping time.
