Converting rolls into sheets is economical and easy with the new iTech PS1400 roll-to-sheet cutter. This automated solution allows you to take preprinted rolls of labels, promotional flyers, signs, decals, brochures, product safety sheets, and other printed materials and cut them to size in a matter of minutes. Because it’s automated, you can input the cut settings and let the PS1400 cut the sheets without operator intervention.

The PS1400 sheet cutter has three cutting modes:

-   Single cut to mark — With this mode, the PS1400 cuts sheets based on the location of a printed black eye mark. Wherever it encounters the eye mark, it cuts the sheet.

-   Double cut to mark — With this mode, the PS1400 cuts sheets and excess material based on the location of double black eye marks. For example, you can print an eye mark at the beginning and end of each label so that the extra white space at the gutter will be cut out.

-   Continuous mode — With continuous mode, the PS1400 cuts continuously at the desired length.

The PS1400 is a user-friendly, versatile machine with a custom stand and auto feed system capable of cutting at speeds of up to 30 feet per minute. It accepts label rolls ranging from 4 to 14 inches wide. A digital control panel on the front makes it easy to set up each cut job. Simply select the cutting mode, sheet size, and quantity and let the PS1400 do the work!
